WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
HHH GUARANTEES ALL NEW PRODUCTS FOR 12 MONTHS , starting from the day of delivery, against defects material or manufacturing . The product which proves to be defective during the warranty period will be repaired free of charge at our headquarters . The customer is obliged to send the item back in the original packaging, taking care to include all components ( shipping costs to be paid by the customer himself ).

Shipping by national express courier , with STANDARD or NON STOP SERVICE.
Possibility of HAND COLLECTION at our store, between 10 am - 4 pm, from MONDAY to FRIDAY .
Returns and Refunds
HOW DOES IT WORK
The Customer is required to check the goods and their functioning within 5 days of delivery . Any defects already present upon delivery of the material must be communicated to the company within 5 days of receipt of the same by e-mail to amministrazione@hhhattrezzature.com , indicating the estimate number, the item in question with details and photographs of the defect found. In cases of replacement under warranty, the Customer is required to send the defective product at his own expense to the Seller's operational headquarters, sending it to HHH ATTREZZATURE PER LA RISTORAZIONE SRLS in Via TERMINE D'ALATRI 11, 03011 ALATRI (FR). The goods under warranty must be returned by the Customer in the original properly sealed packaging, complete in all its parts . The Customer is required to keep the original packaging and all additional documentation of the products purchased until the product warranty terms expire. No damage can be requested from the company for any delays in carrying out repairs or replacements.
